// About Me

My Clients

The colour grey is not dull, but gentle. It is a colour that holds both light and shadow, calm and complexity. It reminds her of quiet strength, of soft clarity, and of silver linings: the subtle, shining threads that can be found even in life’s cloudiest moments— one of the core reminders that she would like to bring into the sessions with you. Therapy is not about fixing; it’s about uncovering the strength that has always been within you. Most importantly, she values the therapeutic relationship as central to the work being done together— gently holding space for your story to unfold.
